Lately I've been experiencing the most terrible days as I felt like my head was hit by something.. Well, it's just that so may things happened these few weeks and I hadn't got the chance to get myself relaxed..
Doctor's advice was to get myself some rest and she gave me an M.C. which at first I was reluctant.. but when I think back.. well after all that happened the other day, I guess she's right.. I was feeling so restless, couldn't stand or walk properly with numb fingers.. my bro had to drive me to the A&E for a checkup.. kesian my mom, she's the one who worries a lot and she accompanied me to see the doctor.. I only text one person who was the last person who text me before I got home the other day. Thanx for hearing out..
I really didn't expect this to happen again, well, after what happened during my A levels.. I'm just glad and alhamdulillah that it wasn't the heart thing.. So, the same pills were given like the ones I had when I was doing my A levels, yeah.. the three months appointments under the care of a specialist doctor.. but, now I'm getting better.. No worries.. Insya Allah..
So, for now onwards I had to take care of my meal times, and what food to eat and what not to eat.. Need to do more exercise just to relax my mind off the work stress.. and also drink a lot of water.. Should be ok.. Think positive and be optimist..

Health... the wealthy treasure..
Attended a seminar on Health Education this afternoon.. I just don't get it when people question about my health conditions.. well, should I lie about it? It's actually nothing to be proud of but I just have to be truthful to my body conditions and I'm not lying about anything.. Yes, I know that nobody wants to admit that they have this and that conditions that they are having.. but that doesn't mean that by denying them, things will be well. Anyway, I don't like to be a hypocrite about all these.. So, maybe that should help people to understand about the needs to know about certain kind of illness one has to bear and be more prepared to perhaps to prevent it from happening. Have I done a wrong thing by doing so? I guess NO..
Hey, nobody's perfect and I'm just a human being.. we are the creation of Allah and we have to be thankful with what we have. Alhamdulillah.. That's what I'm always reminding myself to think positive and be happy regardless of any conditions. Wallahua'lam.
All I know as what I've told my former students that "Health is very important and that is the key to our happiness. If we are healthy or think that we are healthy, then we will be happy. If we think that we are unhealthy, we will always be unhappy about life.".. Think about it.. :-)

Flowers for teachers....

Really looking forward for a good celebration after all these years. What makes me remember about Teacher's Day is that I can always give presents and cards and send greetings to all my teachers as they have been working hard to guide us in our studies and making us be what we are today.. Alhamdulillah and thank you so much to all my former teachers.
Hmm.... I'm not sure what our students now think of when it comes to Teacher's Day Celebration. When I was in Form 5 we had the First National Teacher's Day Celebration where we had drama and choir presentation from students. I was not involved in any of it as back then I was more of a "bookworm" type of student who only focus on studies and not much in extra curricular activities. Well, that was a long time ago.. but it was still fresh in my memory as I had taken snapshots of the events. :D
Now, being a teacher I understand that it is not easy to make students learn and understand what we want to convey to them.. It takes a lot of courage and commitment to be a good teacher... It is never easy.. but somehow after all the hard work.. what we expect from students is their good results.. hmm.... I wonder....
This year the YES Club has something to sell... bookmarks and also flowers for teachers... Wow!! I love roses.... :-)
I still remember... a few years ago I had this plan of giving flowers to all teachers.. and I did... I know that someday I will give teachers flowers.. and I did.. and I made it a surprise for all teachers.. nobody in school knows that those roses came from me.. I've printed a card for each flower to be given to each teacher.. I prepared three roses for those special teachers and only 1 white rose for most of my male colleagues. Perhaps they have already forgotten about it... I also prepared 1 for myself too.. hehe...
I guess till now nobody knows who sent them those flowers.. hehehe....
This morning when I had my late breakfast (hehehe) with my dear friend who is also my colleague, we talked about our teacher's day celebration when we were students and also who our former teachers. Those good old memories.. our former teachers (local teachers) are now in the higher positions in the administration, being Principals, Deputy Principals, and a few are now working in higher posts in the MoE. Hmm... so, thinking of what they've gone through and what myself and my friends are at the moment... we thought.. Wow! we are going to be like them.. but it seems that we are moving at a very fast pace nowadays.. My friend is already the Head of Department and I'm already being the SM.. just imagine... I've left SM Perdana Wazir as a student in 1992 taking up A levels in 1993 and then continued my Degree and graduated in 1998.. Offered as the SM Academic in 2004.. got the opportunity to continue my Masters in 2005.. feels like a dream.. After all those, I never realize that time flies so fast.. Both of us noticed that most of our former teachers have retired and the ones that are still working will also be retiring perhaps in 10 years time.. Then we thought of who we'll be in the future.. Well, come to think of that, I'm still not ready to take up that higher position as it requires one to be very responsible and very "ready" to be fulfilling the duties that one has to undertake. I'm still young and I know for sure that I wouldn't want to be given that post just yet.. I still have to learn and I have the willingness to further my studies in what I'm very fond of.. perhaps.. Insya Allah...
Happy Teachers' Day to all...
