How do you see yourself? Well, if I ask my students that question, they would definitely say, "take a mirror and see our own reflection in the mirror".. That's actually true!
Is it as simple as that statement?
Well, it isn't because you can only see your appearance which is reflected from the other side of the mirror which sometimes give wrong impression about our self (Left-Right or Right-Left). I think what that statement really means was that to look into ourselves we need to look deeper and in our thoughts, what's in our minds, what we want to do, what we need in our lives, what we look for, and how we want things to be, why are we like this and that.... the question goes on and on..
We are humans.. and we have brains which can think rationally.. and we also have a heart.. which sometimes become emotional when the time comes.. in terms of happiness or sadness.. It is Allah The Al-Mighty Who have Created us, the human being as one of the special creatures on earth.
So.. let us think back at what we've done and what we want to achieve.. with the help of Allah.. Insya Allah.. we can see who we are and achieve our goals.. Amiin..
